Compliance Officer
- Professional training in Corporate Law and/or Securities Law. Overseas education is a plus;
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in Corporate Law or Securities Law in Vietnam;
- Strong compliance background within financial services. Extensive experience in drafting formal corporate compliance policies and procedures helpful;
- Fluency in English for the legal profession. The candidate must be able to prepare legal/compliance documentations and negotiate contracts in English;
- Knowledgeable about Vietnamese and foreign legal system;
- Independent, patient and mature;
- Self-initiative and ability to perform well under high pressure;
- Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft - Office Software.
